Child Policy

·      Children up to 5 years old are free of charge, when sharing room with their parents. A 40% discount on breakfast and meals will apply.

·      Children from 6 up to 12 years old, are charged only with 5,00 € extra when sharing room with their parents( the room is not charged as a triple). A 40% discount on meals will apply.

·      Baby cots and baby phones can be put in the room, on request. If there is need for a babysitter it can be arranged through our reception desk. It is extra charged (per hour) and it is not under hotel’s responsibility since the negotiations are between the family and the sitter.

·      There are video games (Nintendo - Play station) available for hire, either in the rooms or in the hotels’ electronic games room. Charges can be arranged through the reception desk.

·      There is also an open playground available in our garden in which our little friends can spend their time jumping on the trampolines or sliding on the slides, etc.

Cancellation Policy

21 days before the arrival date : Free of charge

20 - 7 days before the arrival date : 1 night charge

6 days - no show : the guarantee fee goes to the hotel (25% of the total cost)

Food & Beverage

·      Breakfast is served from 07:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. and it is included in the room rate.

·      For your lunch and dinner we recommend "Athena" restaurant where it is served traditional – local and International plates.

·      In "Athena" Lounge at the Lobby's level you can taste light sandwiches or choose from a variety of fresh salads. If you wish to have a special meal or wish to arrange a private or formal meeting, we will be happy to cater to it.

·      Opening hours for our internal places are 13:00-16:00 and 20:00-23:30.

·      During summer period the garden café, the traditional tavern and our beach bar are open until late hours.

For reservations on half board of full board basis all meals include three dishes (salad, main course and desert). Refreshments and Greek wine are also served free of charge, during dining time. The same policy exists for group meals.

We can arrange breakfast, coffee – tea breaks & meals for passing by groups (prices and meal composition, negotiable)

Hotel information

·      Room service is available until 24:00. The room service catalogue can be found in the room’s information folder.

·      Free internet ADSL connecting lines or Wi Fi connection in the Hotel Lobby

·      Laundry service is available seven days a week. Items received before 10:00 a.m. will be returned to you the next day.

·      Gym and Sauna usage (time / charges) through the reception desk

Any other request will be handled through our Reception Desk.

Transportation (Thessalonica International Airport - (SKG) 67.6 km)

·      Taxi from and to Macedonia Airport (SKG), of Thessalonica city, is charged with 55,00€. The price includes arrival and departure transportation and it is given after agreement with the local taxi union.
